American Building Contractors has maintenance programs designed to successfully manage and protect both low and steep slope roofing systems. Whether you are a Homeowner or Property Manager, we have the expertise to ensure the life span of your roofing system with an established program of regular inspections and proper roof maintenance.

It is absolutely critical to have a pro-active approach in maintaining your roofing system in order to identify and correct roof problems in their early stages before they turn into an expensive catastrophe.

The Maintenance Program Includes:

  • Biannual roof inspections with inspection reports
  • Dedicated staff and Service Technicians who offer exceptional service to our customers
  • 3 year and 5 year budgets to help customers plan ahead for improvements, major repairs, coatings or re-roofs
  • Priority service call scheduling
  • Priority scheduling in the event of an emergency


As a Property Manager, who do you call when there is a roof leak or a few pieces of siding need to be replaced or there is a leak from a window? American Building Contractors has expert Service Technicians, all of whom have successfully passed the required background check, who routinely make these types of repairs.

We are accustomed to working with Property Management Companies, residents and business owners so we understand the complexities of these situations. We realize that oftentimes there are scheduling or access difficulties and we will gladly work around these issues.

This type of Exterior Maintenance Program is custom designed to accommodate the particular needs of a Property Management Company and it accomplishes three things:

  • All minor repair work is performed at a guaranteed rate on a Time and Materials basis and includes before, during and after photo documentation. On any major repair, we provide a written estimate for your approval, including photo documentation, before commencing work.
  • Priority service call scheduling
  • Priority service in the event of an emergency
